Duplex suite rooms are composed of 3 bedrooms, a large saloon, a bathroom and balcony. All rooms have a split air conditioner. Mini bar, hairdryer, safe deposit box in every room, satellite TV and hot line are available.

All of these selected units with sea view are composed of two bedrooms and a saloon and they include French/twin beds. One of the bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom; there is also another bathroom in the shared are for the use of other bedroom. There is a dining table in the large hall connected to the saloon and there is a kitchen, too. All required equipment is available in the kitchen. Emelda Select Flats in the upstairs have a terrace and Emelda Select Flats in downstairs have a balcony. Moreover, hot line, hairdryer, mini bar, satellite TV split air conditioner in every room and safe deposit box are available in all units. All floors are covered by carpet.

All of these units with sea view have a lush garden and a private swimming pool. In the upstairs of these duplex villas, there are 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms with garden views have two single beds each. There is a bathroom with bathtub in the shared area for the use of these two bedrooms. In the downstairs, there are a saloon, a kitchen, a restroom and an antre-room with a dining table. All required equipment is available in the kitchen. In the terrace communicating with the saloon there is a private swimming pool, and a hot tub is available in the balcony of the bedroom. Set on an area of 1600 m2 in the most peaceful and maiden part of the facility, the Presidential Villa is by beachfront and encompasses a living area of 1120 m2. Having an indoor pool of 480 m2, this duplex villa contains a large saloon with sea view in the downstairs. A large kitchen connected to dining room is available for use. There is a also another saloon next to the dining room. Moreover, in a unit with a separate entrance door and connected to the Presidential Villa, there is a bedroom with a bathroom. This unit has been designed for the personnel travelling together with our guests. In the upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms have sea view, the others have garden view. Certain bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with hot tubs. All bedrooms have a balcony. There are private sauna, Finnish bath, hot tub and bath for our guests in the Presidential Villa.
